How Techmind Directory works
Techmind Directory is a directory of B2B service providers. This page explains exactly how companies are added, verified, and ranked, so you can judge the information yourself.
How companies are listed
Companies are added by our editorial team or submitted for free through the “List your company” form. Every submission is reviewed before it is published. Unclaimed profiles are compiled from public information and are labelled as unclaimed.
How verification works
A company owner can claim a profile with a work email on the company's own domain. After our team approves the claim, the profile shows the Verified badge. Verification confirms ownership of the profile — it is not an endorsement or a quality audit.
How results are ranked
The default “Recommended” order shows featured listings first, then verified profiles, then companies by average client rating and number of reviews. You can always sort by rating, review count, or name instead.
Featured listings
Featured listings are paid placements. They are always marked with a “Featured” label and never change a company's rating or reviews.
Client reviews
Reviews are written by signed-in client accounts and checked by our team before they are published; each client can review a company once. “Verified client” means we confirmed the engagement. Ratings are the average of the published reviews, and companies without reviews show “No reviews yet” instead of a rating.
Data accuracy
Each profile shows when it was last updated. Certifications and pricing are reported by the company. If you spot an error, please let us know.

What does the Verified badge mean?
The company's owner has claimed the profile using a work email on the company's own domain, and our team has approved the claim. It does not certify the quality of the company's work.
Is it free to list a company?
Yes. Anyone can submit a company for free. Our team reviews each submission before it is published.
